Are there any instructions for installing this control board?
Hi Dennis,
Thank you for your question. There is a video on our website that you can reference on how to install the control board. The refrigerator in the video may not show exactly like the one you have and the control board may be different, but it will give you a general idea on how to install the part. You will find the video under part number PS304236. I hope this helps. Thank you and have a great day!

It appears the electronic thermostat has gone out, causing the freezer to run continuously. The display is blank. The temperature in the freezer is at -20 degrees. Is there any way to tell if the issue is the control board or the thermostat display?
For model number GLFU2067FW2
Hello Karl,
Thanks for your question. You may want to test the defrost thermostat with a multimeter to check for electrical continuity. Replace it if it does not show continuity. If that is intact, consider replacing the user display control board.
I hope this helps.

the digital read out on the electronic control panel reads OFf and freezer does not work, compressor is not running. Instruction manual explains how to turn it off but no instruction how to turn it on. As soon as I disconnect (unplug) the control panel the freezer works but it runs continually at -24. Do I need a new control panel? Any advice is much appreciated! I don't want to buy a new control panel if I don't need it.

Temperature is set at -18C. Many times when opening the freezer door the display goes to 0C. Can only reset this by unplugging the freezer and plugging it back in after a short time. Would replacing the control board fix this problem?
For model number GLFU2067FW2
Hi Willem,
Thank you for your question. If the temperature on the display is not showing the correct temperature inside the freezer, unplug the freezer from the electrical outlet for a few minutes and plug it back in to see if this will resolve the issue. Most refrigerators require 24 hours for the temperature to set correctly. If this happens again the issue is likely the display board and it will need to be replaced. We hope this helps! If you have any questions, please let us know.

Just got this freezer from a friend Freezer does freeze but does not seem to stop running! The temperature panel in the front door does not work so we weren’t sure if this could be why it does not cycle properly
For model number GLFU1467FWO
Hello Carolyn, Thank you for your inquiry. This could be the cause, but also the freezer could be constantly running in order to stay cool, so we would also recommend checking the defrost thermostat and defrost heater with a multimeter. If you are unfamiliar with how a multimeter functions, we have videos available to assist you. We hope this helps and if you need help placing an order, customer service is open 7 days a week. Please feel free to give us a call. We look forward to hearing from you!

For model number glfu2067fw5
Hi Greg, thank you for reaching out. Based on our understanding of the issue, we would suggest checking that the wiring harness is tightly connected and has no damage. If that is not the issue, the next to part to check is the main control board, part number PS976382. We hope this sorts out your problem!
