When I turn the gas burner knob for the front left burner, the front right burner clicks. No clicking from the front left at all. Do you have any suggestions?
For model number RGB745BEA1CT
Hello Karen,
Thanks for your question. You will need to replace the top burner electrode to fix that clicking noise.
I hope this helps.

The igniter does not work on all 4 top burners. What do I need to replace to correct the problem ? The oven works great. Ed
For model number JGBP30WEA3WW
Hello Ed, Thank you for the question. With all 4 burners not working it is most likely the Burner Spark Module , PartSelect Number PS231281. Hope this helps!

Wife was using oven to bake noticed temp going down down down. Is there a thermocouple in this unit. Or what would be the likely cause. Thanks in advance steve
For model number RGB532BEA1WH
Hi Steve,
Thank you for your question. If the oven is not heating correctly, then the issue is likely with the oven sensor, sometimes called the oven thermostat, and you will need to check it with a multimeter. When testing the sensor with a multimeter, the sensor should be tested at room temperature. You will need to measure the resistance between the two prongs at the end of the sensor connector. Replace the oven sensor if the reading is less than 900 Ohms or more than 1200 Ohms. I hope this helps. Thank you and have a great day!

My igniter glows very bright and strong but the gas valve will not open to the oven; however, the broiler does work fine. Does this sound like a gas valve issue?
For model number 362.75980891
Hello Lani,
Thanks for your question. The flat-style oven igniter may be the issue here. You may wish to test the part with a multimeter to check for electrical continuity; replace it if it shows no continuity.
I hope this helps.
