The upper over temp control knob will not turn. Is it the thermostat (#166) or the switch (#161). The stem is completely frozen/locked in place.

The top broiler doesn't work every time you turn it on, plus the cleaning cycle does work. I am thinking it is the diagram # 161 or 166 or both but not sure how al this comes into play in the operations except for allowing power to the broiler igniter.
